1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Regra18 mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Regra18. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Regra18 is a training platform for football referees, offering practice scenarios, tests, official-style assessments, progress statistics and related features. Some features are available for free, while others require a paid subscription ("Referee Pro").
3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Referee Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. The subscription automatically renews for the same period and price unless cancelled before the end of the current period. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm your purchase. On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your App Store account settings. On Android and the web, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe), and you can manage or cancel your subscription from your account at any time.
4. Payments and Refunds
All prices are shown in the applicable currency and include taxes where required. Refunds are handled according to the policy of the platform through which you purchased: the Apple App Store for iOS purchases, or our payment provider for Android and web purchases. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to share your account, attempt to circumvent access restrictions, copy or redistribute content, or interfere with the operation of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, training material, questions, branding and software within the Service are owned by Regra18 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service; it does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm to us or other users.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" for training purposes and does not replace official rules, decisions or guidance from your federation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regra18 is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
